Woke at 225.2, down 4.4 from yesterday. Successful first day of fasting and I pushed well over 100 ounces of water and black coffee through me. Doing it again today and tomorrow, ending with Sunday dinner. UPDATE: Down to 223.6 at 6 pm. Feeling great. Not even as cold as I was yesterday.

That's great! Over 4 pounds in one day! I couldn't drink 100 ounces of water in a day but might try for another 12 ounces a day if I could get some good results during a fast.
