After eating tow more, the candy canes were ceremoniously walked down to the laundry room with a note: Organic candy canes from Di, free! Now they're gone. Good riddance!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
