I really stuck...
When I get "stuck" I just stop feeling sorry for myself and jump up on the horse again. It's not fun, but it keeps me from falling back into old, stupid habits. I deserve to feel good about myself, I don't deserve that damn xmas cookie!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every two or three days seems to work for me- i don't like weighing in everyday and when I'm on a business trip I can't count on the scale in the gym being accurate or the same as mine at home. False negatives and false positives don't help my mindset, lol.
