Yesterday I went to a Christmas celebration and limited myself to 6 separate cookies- that's all they had, LOL. Just cookies. Sigh. I didn't drink and I stopped myself at 6. I Know I should have stopped at 2, but I was there for nearly 4 hours and it was hard to resist with the cookies placed nearly on every surface in the room. It was actually pretty cute- all the cookies were in holly, or pine boughs, or in clouds of snow with lights in and around them. Cool concept.
So, back at it today. Too cold to walk outside so I'm back on the treadmill today. Being extra conscientious so I don't slide backward into the holidays. Ho, Ho, Ho!

sheesh, what kinda party is that, cookies and alcohol? Substance over style, buy a veggie platter for crying out loud! Good for you for limiting yourself - hard to plan for other people's lack of planning!
