I had lots of fun with this dish! Zucchini Lasagna! Ragu, Italian sausage, traditional ricotta blend, zucchini strips instead of lasagna noodles. I don't miss the pasta at all. (I used to) The portion we cut for servings is 313 calories. The carbs weren't too bad at 11 grams. I'm so thankful for the cookbook feature on FS. I was able to load up all the ingredients to figure out the calories and macros. Before baking and plated. Its hard to tell, but the plate is appetizer size

I've made this with mushrooms and z-u-cc as different layers. It was pho vegan since I used ground pork as the base. It also freezes well so a big batch can make quite a few servings.
