Keyten... I'm more than double your weight. Lmao. Alireza...Definitely take care of my knees. I hurt my left one a couple weeks ago but I'm 100% again...and I didn't hurt it from leg press.always careful to not lock them.

I guess I didn't know that was a lot. I'm no Cb or anything. 😉 seriously figured this is the norm and I used to do it but couldn't quite get there until last week. You all have made me feel like I'm something special. 😊

480? Great- now I feel like I can't do it. I thought it was 360. LOL. My only training partner has ever been Diablo- so I automatically made the assumption I'm weak. Thanks, diablo... didn't know you were impressed. You should say something more often. 😜💗😁

Way to go, Muscles! I hope to catch up to you some day. And Wifey, you should try it! I was curious, too, and after 5 months of reading everyone’s posts and seeing their results, I got up the nerve to try. I’m just doing the machines so far—have to now get the guts up to try the free weights and bars and stuff (I don’t even know all the terms—except for ILS 😂). I need to set up the overview class with the personal trainer... I need to just do it and get over myself. 😬

Thanks, Laraae! 😊Wifey- you should most definitely go to the gym!! Its so fun! If you don't know what an exercise is or you aren't sure what works which muscles- you can find anything on the internet. I use bodybuilding.com a lot and I'm currently doing Pauline Nordin's back workout. It's killer. Anyhow- You don't have to start with anything crazy but it will show you a ton of different exercises and little videos so you know what to do.

I don't know why I said he's my training partner- like I'm working in with him. LOL. If I need his help- I'll ask- and if my form is off- he'll correct me... but I do alright on my own- I think. Not to say that I'm not fortunate- because I am for many other reasons- but this is all me. I just lift as heavy as I can and when I master it- I add more weight.

I’m not officially cleared for heavy lifting yet but I should be by Tuesday. I have the perfect neighborhood to walk. Lots of hills. I’m returning to work Tuesday and have my kettle bells there. I love leg push!! My gym teacher used to yell at me in 11 and 12th grades for using too much weight 😂😂 that was my thing and I could push the same as the boys. I’m going to resume squats in 2 weeks. That suture in the middle is the only one that didn’t dissolve and when seen on Tuesday this week wasn’t close to dissolving. I don’t want to risk it.
