I went to a friend's house for a Memorial Day bbq, and some fun in the sun. I really fell off the carb wagon ... had an ear of corn on the cob and cole slaw along with my ribs (55.9 carbs!), but I still lost 1.4 lbs. Yippeee!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
