I just didn't feel like or have time to cook today, so I nuked some petite brussels sprouts for dinner and called it a day. I guess I was too busy geeking out on the computer, watching shows I DVR'ed from last night, etc.

Because of IF, I like to get my eating done by 5:00 or 6:00 so I can have breakfast by 9:00 or 10:00 the next day. Plus, Charlie is bugging me for his evening walk!

Brussel sprouts?? that would not have occurred to me as a dinner alone. Not that I mind them of course. Well, it is good with no cooking day. Hope Charley got a walk in. I will check out some of your videos in the group today

Wow, you've just made me realize that I've been intermittent fasting and I wasn't even aware of it. I'm on the Keto diet. I usually have two meals a day, one around 10 am, the other usually around 4pm.
