Happy happy happy Friday to everyone....

Break in the rain...but temps are like 47 and 15-20 mile per hour winds..not sure if I’d rather have the wind or the rain...

Not with it yet today.might have to take a nap in a few..and get my workout after that...burn off some more fat...

Scales are up .4 from weigh in..but fat is down..when it went up other day..the cause was par taking of salt...so almost back in line again..

I’ve noticed..as the fat comes off..I feel colder..have insulated top on this morning..

Well..gonna nappy..

Gotta go go go..

Wasn’t really in mood to do a ride...but got on trainer..did 2 workouts...total of 15 miles...zwift added a new route on Watopia...hopefully IL get another workout in tomorrow....

Steven..that nap before riding..was ok..but no energy gain from it..lol

Yeap...a day to rest...works...i do creatine along with my protein as well...and even take creatine during rides..wash it down with wayer
