For such a massive weight loss your skin looks great. I had way more 'hanging' after only a 40 pound loss. 9 months later it has now mostly cleared up. You are on track for spectacular results! (miss your smile however...)

I wanted to also mention to you that when u eat out of the norm and get back “on track” (enjoyed life and it’s pleasures 🧀🍲🍣🥨🌭🥔🍗🍎🥝🌶🍓) don’t think of it as getting off track, think of it as that is your track 😉 

It’s just like money, steady spend.....big purchase....back to steady spend (mostly/regularly/consistently steady) ...big purchase (inconsistent/mildly).
