630am...good Thursday morning..44 hour fast so far...really once the hours pass by...seems easier to stick with it..still raining..not that it matters..not sure how long I’m going to fast..
If you look back at the cave man he went days between meals..over the years along with modern technology..we have gotten lazy...and it’s caused our bodies to take a toll...
Just had my bullet proof coffee...need to make the bed...looks like I slept in it...lol..nice thing about all the rain while fasting...more nap time...less hunger...
Welp...zwift again today...add a few more miles on for the week..nyc again today..getting tired of that course...and yes there is a hack to change the courses...but hate to mess up my settings..and be worse off...
