I'm at a new color on my bar graph! I'm at yellow, which must mean nearly halfway, LOL! It's encouraging.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It took me a long time to get off red to gold and then I couldn't figure out what had changed! It's taken almost the exact amount of time to get from gold to yellow, so I guess I'm consistent. I think I'm losing a little over a pound a week. Slow and steady wins the race.
