Trying to get back into the groove after thyroid surgery, a broken foot, loads of people for the inauguration, and a job change. Yep, I'm having a pity party about my weight!

It's Thanksgiving Day and I just walked for 1.5 hours. Found a crying little girl that was lost trying to find her father who was out jogging.
That was interesting. While walking her back home, her mother was walking the neighborhood trying to find her. Then her father who had made back home only to find the daughthter missing was in the car trying to find her.
My job was to keep all calm and assure everyone that everyone was find. But I knew what was going through the parents' head...I just was going to go there.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Yes pie is on the menu!
