Yes, You can come back. Foot is a lot better. I've exercised three consecutive days. I didn't have a choice. Anxiety was getting the best of me and I felt crummy.
Dinner last night was baked chicken breast rubbed with ginger/wasabi marinade.
Breakfast: Good ole standby of shredded wheat/banana

I'm doing well with the weight but I must exercise. Last week, depression and anxiety set in due to the lack of pheromones from exercise.

I just want to sleep. I cooked for 5 males, ages 22-27 all weekend long. I am so exhausted. But I still have 3 guest rooms to change.
Sister's anniversary is this weekend, I have to fly, and I know every plane will be late.
Hoping to catch up on sleep tonight!

NO WEIGHT GAIN! Yippe! I finally braved the scales and I'm holding steady. Stressed out! Son is coming home and bringing 3 of his co-workers with him---they want to see the Capital and the monuments.
