had a bad reaction last night to red hot burrito so taking it easy on foods today. Lots of kefir to get my intestines back to normal. And home cooked oatmeal for an easy to digest food. Trying an english muffin as a evening snack and some herbal tea.

Dear Diary, It's been 20 days since my last confession (weigh-in). My sins include self indulging in non-nutrient snacking, regular pop, and just bad eating all the "weigh" around. True, I had to visit a far off land to deal with family issues, but comfort eating truly did not make me feel better. My clothes are tighter and I didn't do one iota of exercise.
I have seven weeks left in my challenge so it's back to recording every bite and being accountable to myself and to you.
All is not lost, I can do this. I MUST do this!
So concludes my lastest confession :-)
