I had bounced up to 187.5 since November so have lost 5 pounds so far. Goal is to keep carbs under 50 gm. That way I can have a piece of fruit daily.

Took yesterday off and enjoyed carb rich foods but back on track today. I think it's a good idea to take a day off now and then. Back on the elliptical too.

Hmmmm, Fresh brewed coffee with SF chocolate and SF Toasted marshmellow syrups plus real cream. I love low carb! And a snack packet of pumpkin seeds.. Will hold me over till dinner time, no problem.

Just finished Gary Taubes book, "Why We Get Fat.......". More science on how sugars, refined flour products, carbs keep our insulin levels so spiked so we naturally keep gaining weight. For folks like me, low carb eating is just the right way to eat.
