I am trying to mix it up at the gym. Since what I mostly do is take spin class, I have become complacent. I have strong quads and a strong heart but everything else is status quo. I have sined up for a kettlebells class on Saturdays so I am looking forward to it. This week I have taken (3) spin classes, (2) aerobic classes, and (2) sculpt classes. I really enjoyed this class called "Raise the Bar" It was a good sculpting class PLUS I worked up a bit of a sweat. I am hoping the changes boost up my metabolism.

Things on the home front are still staus quo....UGH....Thank God I have my diet to keep me busy......
