Exercise is GREAT!! I get in as much as I can but as far as weight loss, it is 80% diet, 20% exercise.

BAD BREATH...HELP
It did atop after the first two weeks but it was horrible. I was sooooo self conscious. I just bought a tongue brush and kept brushing my teeth and rinsing. It was disgusting. I still get the amonia smell when working out but not very often and only when I really overdo it. I try to keep my heart rate at about 160bpm MAX and I don't get that smell...I stay in the fat burning zone....

Add Water tracking please
I'm with you. Separate water tracking and also it would be nice to be able to add your own exercise and calories burned or steps walked....

so what does everyone think of this.................
I weigh daily but record weekly. I think I will begin recording daily though to track the fluctuations with what I have eaten/drank. Maybe this will help me update my food diary daily too.....

BAD BREATH...HELP
You guys are AWESOME!!!!! I go regularly for cleanings so I do not think gingivitis is the cause but thanks for your inputSmile Where can I buy a toingue scraper?
