each day is an ahhh haaaa moment/day...goood Saturday morning...yesterday was my 7th day of recovering from my bicycle accident..as I said...eacd say I see improvement in both what I can do as well as the little things I took for granite....sitting in recliner and pulling handle to raise foot rest...yes it hurt to do it...yes it took several steps that normally use to be one movement...but all worth it....all accomplishments that help me see improvements...on my right shoulder...
was in 60s yesterday...so went outside and walked on drive...to start with..an then after several trips back an forth ended up walking along the street...ended up with a 15 minute walk...felt great an with the nice weather all I kept thing was...i can be riding when my shoulder gets stronger..the weather is here to ride outside again...
another thing that made me smile yesterday...one of the home health nurses that came to house to change my dressings day after my crash was here yesterday...she says I can't believe how fast you healed..yyour moving around so well...and your face never bruised at all.. I have a bruise on my arm..from where they put iv in just in case...bruise is size of a quarter...never got any bigger...when they took stitches out thursday..skin was already growing over thread...
for me..healing faster is all due to eating better...and working out...and pushing my self everyday that my body allows me to...
today's plan..another 60 today...gonna try and start rider...and get right arm to work speed control to cut grass...a walk is in the works...anf I'm feeling like a zwift ride might be possible..after I med up enough...so I can get arm/shoulder to grab handlebars long enough to straddle frame to get on and ride a 5 or 10 mile route...less pressure I put on shoulder as I ride...longer I can ride...one of them...just have to try it moments...
well...525am....sleeping in is getting old...maked me feel like I'm running behind...sun should come up sooner...lol...
seeing the minor improvements...helps to encourage me...sometimed we need that...
have a great saturday.... I will be the one passing you be cause I can't get the rider out of gear...lol....

Thank you Glen sometimes it's hard to be patient you learn to be patient when you have to be but when you're trying to get more accomplished sometimes patience isn't one of them things that you can accomplish thanks again

Was going to tell everyone that one I'm using on my skin to help me heal faster is called Aquaphor and it does a really good job of healing my skin since I'm allergic to triple ointment or anything those ingredients

Wish I'd known about that, Mike! I'll get some Aquaphor. I still have a tiny little bit on the scar from my gall bladder surgery which won't heal up. It's so small I haven't bothered to go back to the doctor but sounds like your magic cream is just what I need 🙂

Taking it easy is not being lazy. It's just doing things more slowly and carefully so as not to make injuries worse. Just take care, Mike.
