I have been faithfully eating well, drinking lots of water and working out most mornings but when I stepped on the scale this morning just for a peek, it said I was up 3 pounds! I'm not ready to post that as my new weight for the Saturday weigh in, but that's frustrating! I hate to cut back too much on my calories, but I'm considering it.
