I have been faithfully eating well, drinking lots of water and working out most mornings but when I stepped on the scale this morning just for a peek, it said I was up 3 pounds! I'm not ready to post that as my new weight for the Saturday weigh in, but that's frustrating! I hate to cut back too much on my calories, but I'm considering it.

It might be water weight if you increased your water intake. Keep up the eating plan...you've got time.

When I first started I gained a couple of pounds even though I was faithfully following SBD. So if you are just starting that may be why. Keep with it! Go Blue Bugattis!

Hang in there! Stay on track for the next few days and you'll be okay. I only weigh myself once a week because of weight fluctuations. It's too stressful to weigh in more than that and see all those UPS as well as the downs. GO BLUE!!!!
