Aurora- glad my journal entry was helpful! I don't journal my food much anymore because I have been Keto for so long it's 2nd nature. I will say though that almost every day one of my 2 meals is a HUGE romaine salad, usually with locally made blue cheese dressing and applewood smoked bacon. I eat fajitas from a local taqueria once a week (no tortillas, rice or beans) I eat lettuce-wrapped deli sandwiches & cook salmon & green beans at least once a week. I eat Lily's chocolate with Peet's coffee almost EVERY DAY. 😊 Hope that helps!
