I actually weighed 208 when I woke up this morning. I am not recording it because I was 210 yesterday and I know it is 208 now because I ran 4 miles yesterday and basically dropped water weight that I will gain back tomorrow (however, it still feels great to see the scale show some love -- a win is a win).
208 is an important weight for me because it is the lowest I have ever recorded on Fat Secret in the past 8 years.
Anyway, the reason for the journal entry (my first ever) is that I plan to do a 24 hour fast (for the first time in my life) on Tuesday. Others on the site (who match my body and weight type) get massive results from this.
Can I record a 207 for the first time ever?
