Happy Dance! I finally dropped below the relentless bouncing scale and got below the lowest 276 lbs mark. Drum roll... 2 lbs back down to 275 lbs!
Day 2 of increased caloric intake (fat) seems to be what my body likes.
Everybody make sure you check whipped cream in the spray can for hidden sugar. I recently discovered this the hard way. Stalled me real good.(Brand that I had used didn't always have sugar in it. Tricked me!)
My blood sugar continues to be a little high: Last night before bedtime at 10pm: 97 This morning at wake up 7am: 101
Fasted from 6pm to 2pm: 18 hrs
A little fatigued today, expected some days due to chronic fatigue syndrome. Other than that, I am all good! :)

My favorite treat is whipped cream and blueberries... I make it from heavy whipping cream and sweeten with stevia.
