Not gonna lie am a bit bummed about being stalled, but hey I got my Fitbit and more motivation, I have the right mindset now just have to get off my a@@ enough to break the stall and make the progress I need to meet my goals. Gotta at least drop another 5lbs before St. Patrick's Day..a small personal goal I set for myself... Irish-stubborn-thickheaded..., yup, that's me.., lol 😜🍀

planning Boxty and sausage for breakfast that morning and of course corned beef and cabbage for dinner.., noone in my family makes boxty anymore since my Nana passed many years ago

Change up your workout a bit, add a bit more weights to dumb bells, park on the far end of the parking lot and take the stairs. You can do this!

I don't drive so I walk everywhere I go unless I have to go wherever with someone ie the bf or mom
