Our road is open! Out of the house, back to work and what did I forget, my hamburger for lunch. UGH. That's all right, I went to the Italian Restaurant a couple blocks away and ordered chix breast, bacon, provolone cheese with spinach without the bread. They didn't even flinch. It's like not a big thing, anywhere. Lots of people are doing the low carb lifestyle. Mind you, I didn't say diet. That is a fail word in my book, this is a lifestyle change for sure. KETO ON my friends, KETO ON!
