gonna head to walmart this morning..get some stuff..dont really need anything..just want to stock up on some things..thinking of buying some talopia fish..kinda getting tired of chicken..but not sure what fish will taste like ...had it one other time years ago...wasnt to enjoyable..i like fish..but the meal wasnt an enjoyable one and back then i didnt care about my choices..lol..
enjoyed a polish sausage last night..so im sure the salt is something that will be showing on the scales later when i weigh in..but it was good...for a change..
