I was missing spaghetti, so I substituted a little ground beef with spaghetti sauce and french cut green beans on the side. Didn't miss the pasta at all. Still avoiding a major grocery shopping trip, and just picking up a few things along. I guess it really does help to have a limited selection in the house. Feel like most of the side effects of the wheat are gone now, so formulating my plan of action for next week. Won't initiate it until Monday, as I will be going to my Mom's for the weekend.

Zucchini spaghetti is amazing. Totally guilt free. When I have an abundance in the summer, I stir fry it in some olive oil and that's lunch.
