Ok finally I did the body fat percentage machine, the trainer said it can be 2-3% percent off.... well I’m at 20.6 % body fat Anyone know if that’s good or ok?

I was simply making the point that you had already posted about your body fat numbers last week and all you had to do is go back to your last week's post and see that those numbers are in the same range for you to know whether they were good or not. Or you could simply Google it lol

Sugar, out of curiosity I went to look at her past posts. One of them mentioned BMI, that is not body fat percentage, they are both different. Is that what you are referring to? Huge difference between both.

Sugartits69 last week I posted my BMI, this week for the first time ever I did my fat % at the gym with a machine...I believe they are totally different numbers

U know sugartits69 here on this site i find the support I need, no one in my immediate family is obese or overweight, so they do not understand me or encourage me.
I’m gonna keep seeking advice from people that are taking my same journey if it bothers u 🤷🏻♀️
