day 231..watchin the weather as it comes on...9 degrees, with the wind, -5 just alittle crispy outside today...lol..i want to go, but cant decide how bad i want to go..my inner voice is using a megaphone with the volume up on high...sayin take the day off, but i really enjoy that morning walk..the high today is just 19..so not like its gonna be that warm today..no gym today, so thats why i hate to miss walkin to..i will be doing crunches off an on today just to get somekind of a workout in..and to keep my body movin an my thoughts off of eating..when i get bored or dont keep busy, then food is my number one thought...as long as i can stay busy or asleep, then i forget about food..well might take today off till the temp gets bck up to above temps before i go walking...hate to, but im sure my body will enjoy the time off...evryone have a great weekend..pick the right foods...

ADDON: since i didnt go walkin today cause its just to cold outside i got on the floor and did some exercises...

ab crunches...20 minutes
leg lifts..10 minutes
dumbbell curls..25minutes

just tryin to keep movin, to keep from gettin to bored..lol..

You are sooo close to your next goal!!! Maybe try keeping that in mind today... what can you eat and do to help get to the goal even quicker?!? =D Don't get too cold!! Dang, my bones ache just thinkin' of how cold it is there!

That is cold! I would be inclined to walk around inside a shopping mall instead, but I'd probably forget why I was there and start shopping! I live in MN and today it is -5 and windchill of -15 so I feel for you my friend! You are doing soooooo awesome -- I can hear the determination in your messages - keep it up!

thank you all...i got on the floor and did an hour workout..with more planned this afternoon...im hopin in the morning it will be warmer ..so i can get bck out an walkin...

I admire your dedication. I think I have the same problem about using food to relieve boredom.
