day 231..watchin the weather as it comes on...9 degrees, with the wind, -5 just alittle crispy outside today...lol..i want to go, but cant decide how bad i want to go..my inner voice is using a megaphone with the volume up on high...sayin take the day off, but i really enjoy that morning walk..the high today is just 19..so not like its gonna be that warm today..no gym today, so thats why i hate to miss walkin to..i will be doing crunches off an on today just to get somekind of a workout in..and to keep my body movin an my thoughts off of eating..when i get bored or dont keep busy, then food is my number one thought...as long as i can stay busy or asleep, then i forget about food..well might take today off till the temp gets bck up to above temps before i go walking...hate to, but im sure my body will enjoy the time off...evryone have a great weekend..pick the right foods...
ADDON: since i didnt go walkin today cause its just to cold outside i got on the floor and did some exercises...
ab crunches...20 minutes leg lifts..10 minutes dumbbell curls..25minutes
just tryin to keep movin, to keep from gettin to bored..lol..
