Well, I met my original goal of 173!! I plan to lose 3 more pounds. My girl doesn’t want me to lose more but My goal now is to tone and workout more.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
