Day 5 trying to LCHF while sick with flu and sinus infection. Wasn't able to go grocery shopping at my dad's. Ate things that I brought with me. Today I did 5 hour drive back home. I had to improvise at Jack in the Box, Big Meaty Breakfast burrito, and threw away the tortilla. LOL! I wasn't well enough to do much reading about the LCHF diet, but set-up my doctor diet account tonight and a little reading, more tomorrow. My doctor had mentioned to eat whole fat yogurt and whole fat milk. I am really interested in reading how to implement that into low carb. Any words of wisdom are welcomed!
