Feeling pretty good today... A little disappointed at how slow going this process has been. Seeing a little weight loss so hoping that my body is finally accepting this change and I am going to see a lot more change in the near future!!
257.0 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
