Somehow I managed to eat A LOT of carby foods today even though I stayed under my goal of 1500 calories. I find its a bit hard maintaining good eating habits as a vegan due to the fact that I don't have a ton of time to cook a healthy meal and veganism takes a great deal of thought. I have got to start taking more time to plan and prepare my meals regardless of the long day I may have had. No more excuses. I made the decision to become vegan to get healthier and I simply will not allow myself to fail anymore. I have failed at weight loss my entire life and I am determined to get to a weight that I will feel proud of. I wanna love the body I see in the mirror and I am dang sure going to one way or another! LOL if you look at my food log today you can see that I was craving the worst possible foods but tomorrow will be amazing!
