MyFitnessPal told me if I did the same thing that I did today for 5 weeks I’d be 168.8. I cannot fathom the idea of being in the 160’s. My goals went from being 220 back to what I weighed before getting pregnant with my second, to 209 weight before getting pregnant with my first, to 199 onederland, to 184 overweight not obese anymore, to 174 dietbet goal. Now I may want to go to 164 and weigh less than my skinny husband. I cannot believe the change I’ve been able to make. I think it’ll take another two month so hit 164. Which is also what the smart bmi calculator calls normal for my height, gender and age. This has been a crazy year. I may be able to lose 100 pounds in 365 days that’s crazy.
