I was overweight as a child and young adult. I learned healthy eating and exercise habits as an adult. My weight fluctuates. I simply cannot eat like others and have to be very strict about my eating to keep the weight off. I'm hoping to make more permanent lifestyle changes to stay at a healthy weight.
