Goodness - nearly died today! I don't know what was different. The first 20 minutes of the run/walk was fine, but walking back I felt like I was going to pass out. I fully expected to wake up on the ground after passing out. It took everything I had just to walk back. Ugh! I don't think it was any hotter than any other day - maybe dehydrated...
