Hey ya'll. i was feeling icky after my workouts, kind of weak and headachy, no energy. So I went ahead and started level 2 a day early after all. I had a turkey sandwich with double fiber whole grain bread and a nectarine. I felt better right away too, so I have no regrets. It couldn't make much of a difference.

Diet Calendar Entries for 14 January 2008:
1082 kcal Fat: 26.95g | Prot: 98.36g | Carb: 122.73g.   Breakfast: egg white. Lunch: Tyson canned chicken breast, brocolli, 2% sharp cheese slice, cauliflower. Dinner: nectarine, 2% sharp cheese slice, light miracle whip, Fat Free turkey,  Orowheat Double Fiber bread, tomatoes. Snacks/Other: sugar free jam, 1 tbs, Great value reduced fat peanut butter,  Orowheat Double Fiber bread, Sugar Free Dove Rich Dark Chocolates with Raspberry Creme, cheese stick, string, reduced fat,  No sugar added Fudgsicle, 1 piece, Dannon carb control yogurt, celery, carrot. more...

That was a real healthy lunch, and am so happy you felt better so quickly. It's great that you are learning what different foods your body needs at different times.
