Im confuse!!! I 've been working out so bad this whole week and i stick to my diet... no carbs and all measured. Everybody noticed that i look skinnier but when i stepped into scale guess what?! I didnt loose anything ... not even an ounce.

I swear im going to be anorexic! UGH!

Is it that time of the month? it is for a lot of us and retaining water is common. Also it could be you are building muscle and your loss just hasn't shown up yet. Be paitent, it will happen for you. If people are noticing a change than you must be getting fitter!

Don't worry. The lbs. will come off all of a sudden, be patient.

Sounds like you might have some water retention?? Don't give up!! Hard work doesn't always pay off in just one week of good hard work, trust me, I know!! BE Patient! Your hard work will show up.... keep up with what you are doing, look at your sodium intake, ... it could be helping you retain the water weight!! Get 10 extra mins of workout a day and see what it looks like next week! :) You CAN do IT!
