Sounds like you might have some water retention?? Don't give up!! Hard work doesn't always pay off in just one week of good hard work, trust me, I know!! BE Patient! Your hard work will show up.... keep up with what you are doing, look at your sodium intake, ... it could be helping you retain the water weight!! Get 10 extra mins of workout a day and see what it looks like next week! :) You CAN do IT!
