Happy new year everyone. I know i was bad to kinda let go of my diet during the holidays its just that it was too hard, i admit i dont have the discipline. But still i didnt gain that much of weight. Im 145 lbs right now. I started my diet last january 1st like everybody else althought im not happy with it. Ever heard of P90X? yeah its just that im kinda doubting that im going to loose weight with their meal plan. So i decided i will do south beach diet phase 1 with their workout on monday. Man! i dont think the workout is for humans hehehe but i know i can do it. I did it and i was kinda pausing for a bit i know it takes time ... afterall rome wasn't build in one day only, right?
