Feeling pretty good about how I stick to my eating. The RDA of calories is helpful, and I really like that it shows my net loss/gain of calories. I don't feel so bad then when I go "off the wagon". Still discouraged about the scale adding another pound, but I will take the advice I read and weigh at the same time every week completely naked, and not get overly hung up on it. The bigger picture is that I'm eating healthier and getting exercise!
