I've done the run/walk for four day in a row - pretty proud of myself! Took a short one today, only 30 minutes. Most days, it's been 45 minutes. It was much harder today than it has been. Perhaps I should have taken a day rest. I'm afraid if I don't go, I'll fall off the wagon completely!
