Yep, back again. No luck...actually weight has gotten worse along with my bad eating habits and lack of exercise. Still....I'm not giving up. I'm back to try again and be successful. I was going to wait until after Christmas to really work on trying again, but what the heck..decided this is the best time of all. Soooo...tomorrow I am going to weigh in and start again.

its helpful to pick one day each week, the same day every week, after relieving yourself, and being naked, at the roughly the same time...weigh in. You'll get more accurate and consistent numbers this way. It'll also allow you not to focus soo much on the weight but how you feel, inside and out, enjoying the process of changing your life

Don't give up I had a bad couple of weeks and was going to give up but havegot myself back on track again and losing again slowly but losing.

Thanks. I have to do this. I know I can and well, I'm ready. I did much better today. Not fabulous (I did have a small piece of apple pie for dessert!), but much better than I have been. Thanks for all of your support.
