OK, here we go, again... I'm starting today, but I've noticed that when I track things, I tend to not do it. Here's trying to change!
Monday was beautiful, and I walked Indy for about a 1/2 hour - too hot for her! She bathed in an inky culvert on the way back. Not far enough for me, about 1.2 miles.
Breakfast: coffee with cream Lunch: ? Dinner: spaghetti and sauce
Tuesday I walked to Parker's soccer game and back, without Indy this time as it was even hotter! Probably less than a mile.
It's 11:43 am on Wed, and so far, doing good. Breakfast: coffee with cream Snack: chobani raspberry greek yogurt Breakfast: coffee with cream Lunch: spaghetti and sauce Dinner: cheese and crackers, raspberry lucerne greek yogurt, 1.5 breaded chicken tenders
