I gained 2lbs over the weekend. It could very well be salt bloat because I was extremely stiff this morning. Regardless, thats not good. I clearly have to move. I have 4 months now to lose as much as I can so that I can fit comfortably on a plane and have a great time with my friends.
My mom tried to get me to eat lunch at 11, we had breakfast at 8:30am. I told her absolutely not. She was taken back by the fact I stood up for myself. She said ok, you're right and we proceeded with the rest of our shopping. Who knew I had that much control? I guess I've been "sitting in the passenger seat" way too long.
I just got back from a walk with my old dog. Felt good to get out there and stretch mine and her legs. It kind of empowered me =) I hope I can keep this feeling going!
