so, i'm sitting in the driveway eating ice cream from the container wondering just how far i'm headed in this container. thankfully, it's not the half gallon size which they don't even offer anymore. just raise the price and decrease the size. i'm not that big into ice cream evidenced by the ice crystals that used to form after a month or two in the freezer. (now I know to turn the container upside down). no worries for this container as I finished it. it was incredibly yummy and even as i questioned the rationale of eating it all, i enjoyed each spoonful. yes, i have a spoon in the car. a good spoon. too much sugar. too many carbs. calories, a lot, but within my daily allowance. on the other hand, my craving for and consumption of ice cream signals the heralding of my period or what passes for bleeding these days. i never remember while i'm eating what the trigger is, but here at 0330, i get it.
