Did everything right (I thought) yesterday, and gained 2.5 pounds in just the one day! VERY VERY depressing. But I know I'm overall headed in the right direction so just waiting for my body to figure this out and let go of the fat! I know that they say stress can cause the weight issues and I definitely have a lot of that with work - but come on body!! Work with me!!!

Today I am going my first day of no diet soda. Drinking lots of green tea and so far, no caffeine headache. I heard the second day is the worst... oh geeze...

don't stress about day to day weight loss and gain, you'll drive yourself crazy. It's generally recommended to only weigh yourself once every week or two...I'm bad at this, I weigh myself multiple times a day just out of curiosity, but the only ones I document and let effect me are the ones I do once a week on saturdays

thanks... I actually weigh myself twice a day.. once every morning and then once every evening as part of my Wii Fit. I know I shouldn't but like you.. I'm just so curious and I wake up every morning with hope that today will be different! ; ) So now getting ready to leave work and go do my workout and yes, weigh in!
