3626 MILES ARE COUNTING DOWN..goood tuesday morning..woke up at 4am to sound of rain hitting roof..at 5am..was ready to do a morning ride on bike/trainer..at 730am..had my workout over an it was still raining outside..suppose to rain all day..glad i dont have to get out today..did my running yesterday..be a day inside an dry..

tummy was growling when i got on bike this morning..so should of had a great burn going before i did my ride..weight is up cause i been eating pork rinds at night..but ate last of em last night so yes there are still pork rinds in the house..but long as i dont open a bag...i can resist...that was the idea of getting rid of the open ones last night..to keep temptation down ..weight was down actually this morning..but still alot of water retention..which i will be addressing today again...

well breakfast is over..time to get back up an make the salad for later...so i can get back into my fast burning mode...
