Slowly but surely! I just seem not to be able to get the hang of logging my food again. So far it works but I don't trust myself too much. Two weeks ago I was surprised that I was not hungry at all, last week was just craving. Not that I gave in and if it was only low carb food. Nothing else around anyway and I am not going through lengths to get something that does not do me any good. Well, another week is coming it, let's see how it is going to turn out.

Good luck!🙋🏻You might try making some fat bombs and putting them in the freezer. I resisted this for years and finally broke down this last week. I didn't have any nice inserts for cupcake tins so I just spooned it into fold over plastic baggies for sandwiches from the dollar store set into the cupcake tins. Worked great. At about 122 cals and 13 g fat two of these stopped my cravings and emotional eating dead on. I just couldn't eat any more. Sick to my tummy. LOL 😂 so now I will swear by them!🤷🏻♀️ I put stevia in them with inulin so no carb and cocoa and peanut butter with coconut oil and a bit of salt and vanilla. Potent.💪

Thanks everyone, I am working on it. NO giving up at all just because I don't have the time, am not in the mood to log my food. I had a cooking spree today, arctic char, a nice piece of mock tender, a little bit of acorn squash, and a great Cauliflower Bomb. Food is secured for more than a week *lol*
