Thursday: Trying to cut back on carbs as I can see they are my down fall..and I think, a real trigger for eating and cravings for me,I will try to swear off my artificial sweetners..and fruit. this is a little test to see if it works. Snow here in the city of Portland today...but not enough to keep any body home from work no matter what they say.the atmosphere in the offices is very up beat and we are playing rock and roll in our section downstairs...I have lots to keep me busy and out of trouble (and my mind off the food obsession).B is going south to Roseburg today and may have to spend the night if he cant get unloaded, we are going to go out to dinner and a movie to celebrate my new job this weekend , Red lobster..and my choice of the movie, so Im looking forward to that.
