I need to get with it. I've been so bummed with the scale not budging that I lost it this week while my husband was away. Mom just told me her total was almost 27 lbs.... I'm so excited for her, and that alone is motivating... just not enough, I guess

Am off to Cape Town for my 5 week holiday, not sure how much access to the internet I'll have. But want to wish you good luck with the journey to losing the weight...it will come off...relook at your eating plan and what training you doing, sometimes small changes make the difference. For example I lose my extra weight by doing 3x 30mins cardio sessions, instead of 60 mins in one go...

You need to remotivate yourself. Reread your materials and tell yourself you are going to be 100% this week. Count every point and watch all those BTL's (bites, licks and tastes). Make sure you get in all your protein, dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink your water! Get in some form of exercise every day if you can. Remember every pound you lose brings you closer to your goal. Going on and off plan doesn't produce great results. Some people only do the plan half way, and get half the results. Give it a try and see what happens. If you mom can do it, so can you!!!
